Our call for applications for LIFE`s themed weekend activities of 2021 is closed. We were impressed by exceptional response and the variety of activities` programmes suggestions. Interesting and original ideas were sent by 18 different contractors, for 33 different activities (some contractors sent more proposals). This is a nice increase of programmes compared to previous years, when there were fewer of them – last year 15 providers sent 24 different activities.

11 of all the sent activity suggestions were already part of our last year`s programme, while 21 of them are completely new.  

In the forthcoming weeks, we will review the received applications in detail and decide which activities to include in the upcoming season of themed weekends at Lake Cerknica. We will do our best to conjure up another unforgettable season.

The 2021 themed weekend begin 17 April.

Themed weekends of this year will run from April 17 to September 26. That means a total of 24 weekends and at least 48 activities. Visitors will have to register in advance. Due to the better experience and quality of the event, we will again limit the number of participants to 20 persons.

Themed activity are a mixture of fun and education.
