On Sunday, June 19th the LIFE Stržen project team participated in the traditional event “Na lepi Menišiji” (On beautiful Menišija). At the stand, they have offered notebooks, bandanas, leaflets, coloring books, crayons, thought puzzles – all with symbols and the main representatives of the project, such as the bittern bird and the reeds.

It is a traditional local village event, where tourist and gastronomic providers, craftsmen and associations from the beautiful plateau above Cerknica, called Menišija, present themselves and mingle. We have all experienced a rich cultural program, enjoyed the beautiful weather, the smell of delicios bacon rolls and the checked all the local providers` stands.
