Journalist Milan Trobič has published an almost half an hour long radio piece about Drvošec Educational Trail, on Radio Slovenia. It is based on the fact that a special expert commission of the Tourist Association of Slovenia chose the Drvošec trail by Lake Cerknica, which has been officialy opened at the end of August, as the best Thematic Trail as part of the My Country – Beautiful and Hospitable campaign. Jože Prah, chairman of the evaluation committee, also interviewed in the show, says: “I have seen 400 thematic trails in Slovenia and have been evaluating them since the selection for the best thematic trail has been held since 2011. We see extraordinary progress in this area. Drvošec is one of the routes in our country at the peak, in all respects, I dare say that it is unique in the European area and is a role model for many routes in Europe./…/ Our commission was most convinced by the fact that it allows locals to promote their products there, cooperating with the park. “
