We are eager to share the beautiful images and the important message of our new LIFE film “Lake Cerknica. A unique story for everyone” with as broad a public as possible. Therefore, we have made another version of it  with English subtitles, which will increase the circle of our viewers. Even more people will be able to understand the words of Katarina Braniselj, the main character of the film, a local and a national News anchor. Her message also represents the message of Notranjska Park: Lake Cerknica has a unique sensitive nature that needs to be preserved. At the same time, it is also important to allow the visitors to enjoy its beauty, as the locals, who have grown up with the lake are able to, but not anywhere and in any way. Therefore, the park has recently built the infrastructure that directs visitors away from ecologically sensitive parts and private lands, and guides them nicely along the charted paths, past the information boards and interesting sculptures, where they can learn about the lake, its surroundings, the locals, its history and its importance.
